They all age, but they had one story where a Skrull used an accelerated aging ray on all of the team but Johnny (since he was already young) and when it was reversed everyone was physically younger than they had been so they became closer to Johnny's age physically. It was an attempt to stick to a timeline and justify them still being young-ish before Marvel decided to backslide and just ignore things like aging or reset things and pretend it was always that way when it wasn't.
